Shipping times vary depending on the address being shipped to. Once your age and shipping address is verified by our retail partner and ecommerce partners, they’ll approve your order and add a tracking number once it becomes available. Orders are typically shipped within five business days.

For alcohol deliveries: Yes. An age verification receipt for the package will need to be signed by an adult (age 21 or older) at the time of delivery.
For apparel and non-alcohol items: No. The shipment will be sent via common carrier and will usually not require a signature.

In the case of split orders, you will see two shipping statuses on your order confirmation and should receive an email whenever a shipment is sent out. Additionally, you will see two credit card transactions. One is for the alcohol order and the second one is for the merchandise, non-alcohol items.

Unfortunately, packages cannot be shipped to local carrier locations or PO boxes. Any orders that are placed and addressed to these types of locations will be rejected and refunded.
